WHO IS FERRAN ADRIÀ?

An iconic figure in contemporary cuisine, Ferran Adrià is the legendary chef behind elBulli restaurant, named World’s Best Restaurant five times. Together with his brother Albert and Juli Soler, he turned this space into the cradle of techno-emotional cuisine, a revolutionary approach that forever changed the way we think about gastronomy, combining technique, creativity, and emotion in every dish.

Since the closure of his legendary establishment in 2011, the Catalan chef has devoted his time to research, innovation, and sharing his knowledge. Through the elBullifoundation, he stimulates the imagination and thinking of young chefs.
