Our menus are guided by the vital energy of the garden and evolve in line with the biodynamic calendar, which highlights four parts of plants: roots, leaves, flowers and fruits.
Each date corresponds to one of these themes and, from cultivation to harvest and service, every step is designed to offer ingredients at their energetic peak, at the moment when nature is most generous.

Alumni Encounters

To mark the closing of its 20th anniversary celebrations, Mirazur celebrates its family and opens its doors to those who have been part of its story.

Four exceptional evenings, centred around sharing and passing on knowledge, will bring together several generations of chefs from the Mirazur family, including former chefs who have gone on to lead kitchens in France and around the world. Together, they will create unique, multi-voice culinary experiences, celebrating the journeys, expertise and connections that unite them, far beyond Menton.

Joining the waiting list does not constitute a booking or confirmation. We will contact you should a place become available. To guarantee your reservation, we kindly ask you to register your credit card details. Your information is secured by the system and is never accessible to us. Without this step, your reservation cannot be confirmed.
