The anniversary menu, conceived as a total work of art, is a remarkable creation that comes to life under the creative direction of Ferran Adrià, one of the most influential figures in contemporary gastronomy. Available for just 45 days, from 1 April to 17 May, this unique experience will immerse guests in the history and evolution of Mirazur, blending memory and reinvention. Ferran Adrià, the legendary chef behind elBulli - crowned Best Restaurant in the World five times - takes on the unprecedented role of culinary curator. Borrowing an approach from the art world, he selects, structures and interprets creations to reveal their underlying tensions, breakthroughs and founding intuitions. The menu thus unfolds as a structured narrative, where each dish becomes part of a larger, cohesive whole. The Anniversary Menu is a sequenced exploration of the influences that have shaped the Menton-based chef's culinary universe. Deconstructed and reimagined, the dishes form a constellation of around thirty small plates. As a prelude to this culinary journey, an exhibition curated by Mauro Colagreco and Ferran Adrià offers valuable insights.
