Created to celebrate the restaurant’s 20th anniversary, “Origine” now continues as a lasting experience. Each wine accompanies the menu like a living memory, revealing the evolution of Mirazur through a singular selection of rare and emblematic vintages, for an experience that is as intimate as it is sensory.

Drawing on global traditions and crafted from garden plants, Mirazur’s non-alcoholic pairing elevates the meal through infusions, fermentations, macerations, decoctions and house-pressings.
